Very complicated process trying to return products. It shouldn't be this hard to return a product. It was a big waste of my time.
Bought an expensive face cradle it would not fit my table I never used it I called the day I revived it to return Had to pay $19 for shipping as they will resell and make money off me I wrote to come at asking for refund on shipping they said “we only cover shipping for defect or wrong“ I will not order from them again as there are many massage and spa companies that have free returns me support their customers

I have ordered from them multiple times over the years. Was supposed to receive a package 1 cbd massage oil, 1 cbd lotion stick, and 1 small bottle of massage gel. I did not receive it when it was supposed to arrive. It was a holiday weekend so I figured maybe things were delayed. Started a chat online and was told to call a service number, called the number and I wish I knew the woman’s name but she was short and not apologetic at all, it seemed like she was confused that I was upset at all. Like oh what’s the problem? You only spent $110 to not receive your items and then have to wait 7-10 days while we file a report and then maybe we can find some resolution. Not happy at all with the experience. I do hope it can get sorted out.
They have good prices overall and I purchased this during a sale to save even more but depending on how this experience goes I may just try to find mother massage supply company who has good prices.
Sub-par return policy & poor customer service.
It took many weeks (and emails) to finally receive my refund and it wasn’t even the full amount agreed upon

Very untrustworthy company. The customer service agents will tell you whatever they have to in order to get you off of the phone so they don't have to deal with your order issues. I ordered a bed December 31st, 2020 which was supposed to arrive January 8-12th. I got no notice that it was backordered until the end of January. When they finally get around to shipping the bed, they delivered it to the completely wrong address. Fast forward almost two months later, they still have my $400 and I do not have a massage bed. Their best resolution for me was to wait an additional two months in order for this bed to be restocked. Not even an apology for the horrible inconvenience. The entire company needs a revamp.
Make sure you leave at least 2 weeks for a shipment. It took them 5 days and a phone call to even process the order. I had to order from amazon to hold me over until my shipment came. amazon was next day!
I decided not to use Amazon to order gift for my wife since we share the same account. I made a fairly large order to Massage Warehouse back in Nov 16 and I only received half the items....They told me my items would be delivered sometime in January. I called there customer service manager "Don" only to be hung up on. Luckily I was able to buy the items from Amazon and got them in two days. Not surprising to see the low score for this company.
My first purchase was in 2003. Items on ebay or Amazon are cheaper, but I continually supported their business. SCREW THEM! I had a very expensive massage table. The handles detached after 28 sessions. They refused to exchange. I was sent a set of handles. Nothing more would be done after a faulty table only one month old. Recently I bought the wrong cream. I understand that it couldn't be returned. I asked for a store credit. Anything. During COVID my income had disappear. Ordering the wrong cream was a very expensive mistake. I won't use them again. I quit after 17 years. I decided to stop using them.
Crappy customer service. One product was broken, other on backorder for 2 months.
Won't order from them again.

Contrary to many of the reviews here my experience was positive. It was a small order -- two bottles of massage lotion. But it was shipped promptly, arrived within five days, was well packaged, and was exactly what I ordered. So no complaints.
I would not give business to Massage Warehouse for any massage related supplies. T
In the time of covid, it's been especially hard for small businesses to do better when ordering from companies that did not specify back order time/delivery and that are selling products that have not been vetted/tested or compared to a control sample for QC.
My company ordered over $500 worth of items from this company at the beginning of April. We gave them slack because everyone was searching for hand san & cleaning products so a little wait was expected.

Three months later...we still didn't have everything we ordered.
In June we picked up 16 cans of 19oz Lysol from BJ's for $60. When asking for an RMA to return 10 cans of $11 - 16.6oz disinfectant, we are getting the run around because they didn't fulfill the order in 30 days for PayPal to approve the funds.
Not the customer's fault but we are required to pay to ship these items back that have not been charged to our account.
Simple transaction.
I asked for an RMA for the last 62 days and now I will not order from them again and I suggest you shop around before you give them your hard earned money.
We ordered a massage table from them on 7/7/20, we have emailed them 4xs and called 5xs to let them know it was damaged in shipping. I finally got a hold of someone who said they'd contact the manufacturer to find out what to do. She said she'd email us the next day to let us know. After not hearing anything back after 10 days I called her again. Said she heard from company and they need to send a replacement. Again she will email us the next day to let us know what to do. Again never heard from her, so after 3 more weeks I called and left her a voicemail asking for some response. Nothing, I called their corporate office again today after not hearing from anyone again for 2 more weeks. Said they have the return shipping label to send us and once they get it back they will ship a new one. I asked why we haven't been contacted with that information and I was told they're busy. I said it's been a month since she was suppose to get back to us with the return shipping label, it has been 2 months since we placed our original order for the thing. The table itself seems to be made well but the customer service has been terrible. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! Spend your money where they value the customer, not here!!!
